I’m Marwa Fakher, a mom, wife, and business owner. But before that, I wore the hat of an HR professional, slaying deadlines and conquering boardrooms. I found fulfillment in the corporate world, but only until life gifted me the role of a lifetime – I became a mom to my son, Misho. 

In an instant, my entire universe revolved around this little human – my life was filled with giggles, late-night cuddles, and an overwhelming desire to be the best mom I could be. 

But that clashed with the demands of the full-time world, and a year later, it forced me to confront the pressing need for a change. I dreamt of a reality where I had the balance & sanity to raise my boy without missing a beat – a world where I didn’t have to put him as a second priority!

And so I put a 1-year action plan to leave my full-time job and decided to rewrite my story – like a boss! 

Enter Ferry’s, my very first business, a seasonal & special occasions cookies’ wonderland. For 6 years, I baked, decorated, and sprinkled love into every bite. 

Yet, as the demand for Ferry’s grew, I realized that expanding its operations would require me to relive the “full-time life” all over again. And that contradicted the very essence of why I started it in the first place.

So I decided to become a resilience coach! Did it work out? Not exactly – mostly because I was trying to speak to everyone, and I learned it the hard way: if you try to speak to everyone, you end up speaking to no one. At that point, it felt like I was doing too much, and I lost sight of where to go from there.

That was until, one day, a dear friend of mine tossed a question my way: “What do you want to be an icon for, baking or coaching?” That was my aha moment – it didn’t take me a split second to answer: “coaching!” 

From that day on, I stopped taking orders for Ferry’s and decided to go all-in on coaching.

But I didn’t remain a resilience coach. I finally found my true calling – I became a moms’ business and mindset coach, after going through all the hurdles of starting a business myself while navigating motherhood! And I finally found a way to align business with my life’s rhythm – a synchronicity I always knew was possible.

Now, I’m on a mission to empower you – yes, YOU, to grab life by the horns and take control. I want you to no longer remain confined by the binary choices of either working full-time or not working at all. I want you to start that dream business, and live a life that screams, “I did it my way!”
